Saturdays’ Benchmark WOD is DIANE. If Handstand push ups take a lot out of you, then DIANE will not be pleasant. If HSPU’s are your jam, then the deadlifts might slow you down. Regardless if you are unfit, this will not be pleasant at all for you.
